Arbitration

Any dispute arises during the use the Site or related to the use of the Site, and fails to be settled within 30 days after such dispute occurs, both dispute parties agree to submit such dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the China Fuzhou Court and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
