Zhonghai Funds announced that, company’s registered capital will be increased from 130 million yuan originally to 146.6667 million yuan. Among this, the foreign shareholder La Compagnie Financière Edmondde Rothschild Banque of France will increase investment of 16.6667 million yuan. After this capital increase, La Compagnie Financière Edmondde Rothschild Banque, as the third largest shareholders of Zhonghai Funds, will increase its shareholding ratio from 15.385% to 25.000%.
